You have the right to request a change of the products you purchased, within 5 working days from the date you received the package, if you send us an email at info@dimiourgies-karavas.gr or after telephone consultation. Not all products can be returned, so if you are not sure about anything regarding your order, please inform us before confirming it. After confirmation, we reserve the right not to accept your return. It is necessary to indicate the reason for the change and receive confirmation from us. You are only charged the direct cost of returning the products and the cost of re-sending if you have requested a change.
The procedure is carried out as long as the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without being damaged, unsealed or having their factory packaging broken, if they have.
NO REFUNDS! THE AMOUNT RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS (NOT THE SHIPPING COSTS) CAN BE KEPT AS A PENDING (CREDIT) AND BE USED IN A NEXT ORDER.

After 24 hours, we do not accept returns of defective products or packaging.
