Shipments and returns
You have the right to return your purchased products within 7 business days of receiving the product by emailing us at info@dimiourgies-karavas.gr or by telephone. You need to state the reason for the return, and receive confirmation of the return from us to return a product to us. In this case you are only charged the immediate cost of returning the products.
Refunds are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition that you received them, that is, if their factory packaging has been damaged, unsealed, or tampered with, if they have been, together with their accompanying purchase document.
In case of return of the products, depending on your choice of how the products are shipped, your money will be refunded no later than 3 days after receiving it from us.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! A CREDIT MAY BE ISSUED FOR THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS (NOT SHIPPING) AND USE ON A SUBSEQUENT ORDER
